About Me

Hello, I am Lizzie a qualified and experienced pluralistic therapist offering a warm, relaxed, and empathetic space for you to explore whatever you are going through. My aim is to create a safe, welcoming environment where you can talk openly, knowing you will be met with genuine understanding. You will be heard seen and listened to without judgment.
I collaborate with people on a one‑to‑one basis, tailoring therapy to your individual needs, preferences, and goals. No two people are the same, so I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to find what feels most helpful for you. I am a registered (MBACP) member of the BACP and fully insured.

I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, addiction, grief and loss, the effects of emotional or physical abuse, anger, trauma, sexuality, low self-esteem, stress, relationship challenges, and family issues. Whatever you are facing, we work together — collaboratively and at your pace — to shape therapy in a way that feels right for you. I also have experience and knowledge working with neurodiverse clients to provide tailored support that meets their unique needs.

Approach to Therapy

I work pluralistically, drawing on person‑centred values and evidence‑based approaches to support each client as an individual. I blend different therapeutic techniques with personalised strategies to help people deepen their self‑awareness, strengthen communication, and build healthier relationships. My style is warm and collaborative, creating a safe space where you can feel supported to explore challenges, make meaningful changes, and move toward your goals. Every session is shaped around your needs, preferences, and pace.

A pluralistic approach brings together person‑centred therapy with CBT, goal‑setting, emotion‑focused and trauma‑informed work, mindfulness, somatic approaches, creative methods, and psychodynamic insights. This flexibility means we can find what feels most helpful for you and support lasting, meaningful change.

If you feel ready to reach out or would like to know more about how we could work together, you’re very welcome to get in touch for a chat.
